As noted in https://bugzilla.nasm.us/show_bug.cgi?id=3392632#c2 the sourceforge.net mailing lists are abandoned.

However, https://www.nasm.us/ links to https://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=6208

And https://sourceforge.net/projects/nasm/ reads "THIS PAGE IS OUT OF DATE; we no longer use any Sourceforge services other than mailing lists."

The new nasm-devel mailing list given in https://lists.nasm.us/ has as yet an empty archive, whereas https://sourceforge.net/p/nasm/mailman/nasm-devel/ has traffic as recent as 2019 June.
